I strongly do not recommend registering in the Fantasy Kids Resort Tama offline and leaving your personal data especially your phone number in the registration form, that staff asked you for. Because this place has a leak of your personal data, including your phone number.After filling out the registration form we gave it to staff. Next day me and my wife started to get a lot of spam messages in all messengers Viber, Line, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc. Messages were from bots or operators of call centers. And most of the messages are SCAMS!Better register online and come to this place with a registered online account.Be aware, and do not give any of your personal data to staff in this place. Keep your personal data safe.And for the owner of this place, I strongly recommend checking your staff and finding the person who steals and sells client's personal data.Service in this place was average. Not enough staff to clean up and gather toys. Some of the places were very messy. The billboard in front of the entrance of the parking doesn't have a notification that the Fantasy Kids Resort service parking ticket can be used only for 4F 5F parking in this mall. Because of this, we lost time for repark.

Despite minor inconveniences, families enjoyed spending hours playing at the resort, feeling grateful for the care shown by other visitors towards young children.

It would have gotten a better rating. They force you to install an application and provide personal information including salary, address, date of birth. No guarantee on information protection.Why am I forced to do this to buy tickets for a place. Not visiting again until they fix this.
Maybe first the negatives:- cash only- no barrier to prevent kids from running away- rather crowdedPositives:- not as crazily priced as other places ( we still laid almost 8000 JPY for day tickets for 3 adults and 2 toddlers)- many different activitiesSo, not too bad after all.
