"I am so disappointed in the lack of service at University Family Medicine. Although I am seeing a 5 star rating here for how caring their staff is, I cannot say that at all. My interaction with Pierre and Gina Andrade, office manager was well below par and frankly, insulting and rude. I have just had major back surgery no help from this practice at all! I went seeking help for pain and was dismissed, laughed at and when confronted, Gina lied. She actually straight-faced lied. Good luck if you choose to go here. We joined because my husband plays hockey with Pierre and we thought it would be a good fit. Boy were we WRONG! If you're actually seeking medical treatment, I would not trust this practice for anything. period. Gina should be fired. "
